Click Get Started on the homepage and fill in your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email with a 6-digit OTP code. Enter the latest OTP on the Verify Email page to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in and start exploring the platform. To unlock full account access, you'll also need to complete KYC verification.
Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Log in and go to Account Settings → Profile. You can update your phone number directly. For email changes, contact our support team as this requires identity re-verification for security reasons.
No. Each person is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by financial regulations to prevent fraud and money laundering. It is mandatory before you can make deposits, trade, or withdraw funds.

KYC is typically reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. You will receive an email notification once your verification is approved or if additional information is needed.
Check the rejection reason in your account under KYC Verification. Common reasons include blurry images, documents that are expired, or a mismatch between name and address. Resubmit with clearer, valid documents. If you continue to face issues, contact support.
The minimum deposit is $10 USD. There is no maximum deposit limit.

Deposits are credited to your wallet after blockchain confirmation, which typically takes 10–30 minutes. During periods of high network congestion it may take longer. The status will update automatically in your Deposits section.
First, verify the transaction on the blockchain using your transaction hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer (e.g. Tronscan for TRC20). If the transaction shows as confirmed on-chain but hasn't credited, contact our support team with your TXID and we'll investigate within 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is $10 USD.
We offer two withdrawal options:
Withdrawals may be held for review if: it's your first withdrawal, the amount is unusually large, your KYC is incomplete, or our compliance system has flagged the transaction. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 24 hours, contact our support team with your withdrawal ID.
You can withdraw to any USDT wallet address in your name. However, for AML compliance, first-time withdrawal requests to new wallet addresses may require additional verification. We recommend registering your withdrawal wallet in Account Settings before submitting a request.
We offer trading on Forex (currency pairs), Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, and more), Commodities (Gold, Silver, Oil), and Indices. New instruments are added regularly. See the full list in the Trading Terminal.
Available leverage depends on the instrument and your account type, up to 1:500 for Forex pairs. Leverage for crypto is lower. Remember: higher leverage increases both potential profit and potential loss. Trade responsibly.
A Demo Account lets you practise trading with $10,000 virtual funds in real market conditions — with no risk to your real money. It's ideal for beginners learning to trade or experienced traders testing new strategies. Access it from your Dashboard under Trading Accounts.
Our IB Programme lets approved partners earn commissions by referring new traders to ID Traders. You receive a unique referral link. When someone registers and trades using your link, eligible referral commissions are calculated from that user's own trading activity and shown in your dashboard.
Log in and go to IB Programme in your dashboard sidebar. Fill in the application form with your details and promotional channels. Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
Referral trading commissions are calculated from eligible referred-client trading activity and credited according to the wallet or balance rules shown in your dashboard. Copy-offer related partner shares are credited according to the active copy-offer settlement rules. Withdrawals remain subject to the platform minimum withdrawal amount of $10.

Social Trading
Social Trading allows you to automatically copy the live trades of verified Master Traders on our platform. When a Master opens or closes a trade, the same trade is replicated in your account proportionally to your allocated amount — no manual action required.
Go to Masters in your dashboard, browse verified traders, and click Copy on any trader's profile. Set your allocation amount and confirm. Copying starts immediately once your subscription is active.
A performance fee is a percentage of your net profits charged at the end of each settlement period (daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your subscription plan). You are never charged a fee on losses — fees only apply when you make a profit.
Yes. Go to your Copy Dashboard, find the subscription, and click Stop Copying. Any open trades copied from that trader will remain open in your account until you manually close them, or they reach their take profit / stop loss levels.
You must have a verified account with an active trading history. Go to Account Settings → Become a Master Trader and submit your application. Our team reviews applications within 3–5 business days. If approved, your profile will appear in the Masters section.
