Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 April 2026. This document forms part of the agreement between you and IDTraders. It explains what data we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.

1. Scope and acceptance

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IDTraders collects when you visit this website, open or use an account, take part in the IB program or contact us; why it is collected; who it is shared with; how long it is kept; and what choices you have. It forms part of the agreement between you and IDTraders together with the Terms of Service, the Risk Disclosure, the Package Terms, the AML & KYC Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1.2 By visiting the website, opening an account, submitting any information to us or continuing to use the platform after a change to this Policy, you accept the collection, use, storage and sharing of your data as described here. If you do not accept this Policy, do not use the website or the platform.

1.3 "Personal data" means any information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. "Processing" means anything done with data — collecting, recording, storing, analysing, sharing, transferring or deleting it.

1.4 The operator of the platform, as named in clause 2.1 of the Terms of Service, is responsible for your data under this Policy.

2. What we collect

2.1 Identity and contact data: your name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and the referral or IB code you registered with.

2.2 Verification data: copies of your identity document, proof of address, a photograph or video of you taken during verification, the results of identity, sanctions, politically-exposed-person and adverse-media checks, and any information you provide about the source of your funds or wealth.

2.3 Financial and transaction data: your wallet balances and every deposit, withdrawal, transfer, cryptocurrency address, blockchain transaction identifier, trade, order, copy, allocation, stop-loss, package, profit share, commission, rank, reward, fee and penalty on the platform, together with the date, time and price of each.

2.4 Activity and usage data: every login and logout, the pages and screens you open, the buttons you press, the searches you run, the masters you view and follow, the time you spend on each page, the order in which you move through the platform, error messages you receive, and any other interaction with the website, portal or terminal.

2.5 Device and technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, screen size, language, time zone, network provider, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and the referring website or advertisement that brought you to us.

2.6 Communications: every e-mail, support ticket, chat message, complaint, form submission, call recording where calls are recorded, and any attachment you send us, together with our replies.

2.7 Marketing and preference data: your subscription choices, the campaigns and messages you receive, and whether you open or click them.

2.8 IB program data: the accounts you refer, their activity totals, your network structure, your rank history, and the commissions and rewards paid to you.

2.9 Data from third parties: verification results from identity-check providers, transaction data from blockchain networks and exchanges, and information provided by the IB who referred you.

2.10 We collect this data on every visit and every use, whether or not you are logged in, and we link it to your account once you log in or once we can reasonably match it to you.

3. How we collect it

3.1 Directly from you, when you register, verify, deposit, trade, follow, message us, fill in a form or update your account.

3.2 Automatically from your device, through cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, server logs and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

3.3 From third parties, including identity-verification providers, blockchain networks, exchanges, payment services, IBs and publicly available sources.

3.4 By recording and retaining our communications with you.

4. Why we use it

4.1 To open, verify, operate, secure and close your account and to provide every service on the platform, including executing and mirroring trades, applying profit shares, calculating commissions and processing deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including identity verification, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing checks, sanctions screening, record keeping, tax reporting where required, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4.3 To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, security incidents and breaches of the Terms of Service, and to enforce our rights.

4.4 To handle support requests, complaints and discrepancies, and to keep a record of how they were resolved.

4.5 To understand how the website and the platform are used, to measure the performance of pages, features, campaigns and IBs, and to improve, develop and test the platform and our services.

4.6 To send you service communications — confirmations, security alerts, notices of changes, statements — and, unless you opt out, marketing communications about our products, masters, packages, programs and events.

4.7 To personalise what you see, including the masters, packages and content shown to you.

4.8 To credit the IB who referred you and to operate the IB program.

4.9 To train, test, evaluate and improve automated systems, statistical models, machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models used by IDTraders or its providers, including models used for fraud detection, risk scoring, verification, copy allocation, support, personalisation, content generation and market analysis. Data used for these purposes may include your identity, verification, transaction, activity, device and communication data, and the resulting models and their outputs belong to IDTraders.

4.10 For marketing and promotion of IDTraders, its masters, packages, programs and events, in any medium: to target, measure and improve our campaigns; to build audiences and look-alike audiences with our providers; to show you and others content based on activity on the platform; and to use aggregated or anonymised statistics drawn from client data — such as platform totals, network totals, follower counts and performance figures — in our public material. Where you are a master trader, your display name, profile, statistics and performance are public on the platform and may be used in our marketing without further consent. Where we wish to use your name, image, words or identifiable results in marketing, we will ask you first.

4.11 For research, analysis, product development, business planning, benchmarking and reporting, in identifiable form where necessary and otherwise in aggregated or anonymised form.

4.12 For any other purpose that we tell you about at the time we collect the data, or that is reasonably connected with the purposes above.

4.13 Where a legal basis is required by the law that applies to you, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the platform and in marketing it, and your consent where you have given it.

5. Who we share it with

5.1 Service providers who process data for us: identity-verification and screening providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, e-mail and messaging providers, price and market-data providers, analytics providers, support-desk tools, security and fraud-prevention services, and professional advisers. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.

5.2 Blockchain networks, exchanges and payment services, to the extent needed to process a deposit or withdrawal. Transactions on a public blockchain are visible to anyone.

5.3 The IB who referred you, limited to your name or display name, your account identifier, the status of your account and the activity totals on which the IB's commissions and rank are calculated. Your documents, balances and contact details are not shared with IBs.

5.4 Master traders, limited to aggregated follower information; a master does not see your identity, balance or contact details.

5.5 Regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts, tax authorities and other public bodies, where required by law, by a court order, by a lawful request, or where we consider disclosure necessary to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

5.6 A buyer, successor, affiliate or licensed entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer of the business or the publication of a licensed operator on the Legal & Licensing page, who will be bound by this Policy.

5.7 Any other person with your consent or at your direction.

5.8 We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks for their own use.

6. International transfers

6.1 Our servers, service providers and staff may be located in countries other than yours. By using the platform you agree that your data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in any country in which we or our providers operate, and that the level of data protection in that country may differ from that in your own.

6.2 Where the law that applies to you requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards available to us, including contractual protections with our providers.

7. How long we keep it

7.1 Account, identity, verification, financial and transaction data is kept for the life of your account and for the period required by our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations after it is closed, which is not less than five years and may be longer where a dispute, investigation or legal requirement applies.

7.2 Communications and support records are kept for the same period as the account data they relate to.

7.3 Activity, usage, device and technical data linked to an account is kept for the life of the account and for the same period afterwards. Such data about visitors who never open an account is kept for 24 months from collection.

7.4 Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to record your choice.

7.5 Backups may hold copies of data for a further period after deletion from live systems, and data that has been anonymised so that it no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely.

7.6 We may keep any data for longer where we reasonably believe it may be needed for a dispute, a claim, an investigation or a legal obligation.

8. Security

8.1 We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, monitoring and staff confidentiality obligations, to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure.

8.2 No system, network or transmission over the internet is completely secure. You accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your data and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unauthorised access, loss or disclosure that occurs despite the measures we take.

8.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, e-mail account and device secure and for every action taken through your account, as set out in the Terms of Service.

9. Your rights and choices

9.1 You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete, by writing to support@idtraders.com from the e-mail address registered on your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding, and we respond within a reasonable time.

9.2 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the link in any marketing e-mail or by writing to support@idtraders.com. Service communications continue while your account is open.

9.3 You may control cookies through your browser as described in the Cookie Policy; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.

9.4 You may ask us to delete your data or to restrict its use. We will do so where the law requires it and where it does not conflict with our legal, regulatory, record-keeping or contractual obligations. Identity, verification, financial, transaction and communication records cannot be deleted while a retention period under clause 7 applies, while your account is open, while a package, copy, position, commission or balance is outstanding, or while a dispute or investigation is open.

9.5 Where the law that applies to you gives you further rights — such as portability, objection or the right to complain to a supervisory authority — you may exercise them by writing to support@idtraders.com, and we will respond in accordance with that law.

9.6 Exercising a right does not suspend your obligations under the Terms of Service.

10. Children

10.1 The platform is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 or under the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an account has been opened by a child we will close it and delete the data, subject to any record we are required by law to keep.

11. Third-party sites and services

11.1 The website may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party sites and services, including price feeds, charts, the economic calendar and messaging channels. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. This Policy applies only to data collected by IDTraders.

12. Changes to this Policy

12.1 We may change this Policy at any time by publishing the amended version on the website. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Where we consider a change material we will notify you by e-mail or portal notice, but a failure to notify does not affect the validity of the change. Your continued use of the website or the platform after a change is your acceptance of it.

13. Contact

13.1 Questions, requests and complaints about this Policy or about your data: support@idtraders.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 business hours and handled under the procedure on the Complaints page.

13.2 This Policy is written in English; a translation is provided for convenience only and the English text prevails where they differ.
