About IDTraders

The platform

What is IDTraders?+

A social trading platform. You follow master traders, their trades are mirrored into your own wallet, and your share of profit on copied trades is credited automatically. Operating since 2008; open to a global audience since 2026.

Is IDTraders a forex broker?+

IDTraders is a social trading platform. Instead of trading against spreads on your own, you follow master traders with public track records and their trades are mirrored into your wallet. Company details are on the Trust & security page.

Is IDTraders licensed?+

The current licensing status, the jurisdiction and the steps completed are published on the Legal & Licensing page and updated as each step is completed. We show the status as it is, including "pending" when that is the truth.

Which countries can use IDTraders?+

Anyone who can complete identity verification and is not resident in a jurisdiction where the service is restricted. The Terms of Service and the Regional restrictions note in the footer set out the exclusions; if in doubt, ask support before depositing.

What markets can be copied?+

Forex majors, minors and selected exotics; gold and silver; the major crypto pairs against USDT; and index CFDs. The Instruments page lists every symbol with contract size and hours. All instruments are swap-free.

Can I trade myself, or only copy?+

Copying is the core of the platform. A personal trading terminal is available to accounts where it is enabled; master trader applications will open to clients with six months on the platform and five years of trading experience, announced by email and on the dashboard.

Is there a mobile app?+

The site and the client area work fully in a phone browser — register, deposit, follow, withdraw, everything. A native app is not required.

How do I contact support?+

From the chat button on every page, from the Contact page, or from support@idtraders.com. Support hours are shown on the Contact page in GMT and in your local time.

Getting started

Account and verification

How do I open an account?+

Press Open account, fill in your name, email, password and country, then enter the six-digit code we email you. Two minutes. The step-by-step guide on the Learn page walks through every screen.

Why do I need to verify my identity?+

It is required by law for any platform that moves money, and it protects your account: a stolen password alone cannot withdraw to a new wallet. Verification is needed before your first withdrawal and before cumulative deposits pass USD 1,000.

What documents does KYC need?+

An identity document (passport, national ID, driving licence or residence ID), a proof of address dated within three months (bank statement, utility bill, tenancy contract), and a selfie taken on the KYC page. A person reviews it, usually within one working day.

Why was my KYC rejected?+

Almost always glare or blur on the ID, a cropped corner, an address document without your name or older than three months, or a selfie in poor light. The rejection says which step failed; resubmit that step only, near a window.

I did not receive the email code+

Check Spam and Promotions. Then press "Didn't receive OTP? Resend". Codes are valid for 15 minutes. If nothing arrives after two resends, contact support with the email address you registered.

Can I change my email or password?+

Password: from Account Settings, or with "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Email: contact support from your registered address; for security it is not a self-service change.

Can I have more than one account?+

No. One account per person. Multiple accounts are closed under the Terms of Service and the AML & KYC Policy, and balances may be forfeited.

Copying

Following masters

Do I hand my money to the master?+

No. Your funds stay in your own wallets. You allocate an amount from your Copy Wallet to a master; their trades are mirrored into that allocation in proportion. The master never sees, holds or controls your money.

How do I choose a master?+

Read Max drawdown first, then total return divided by drawdown, then the Recent Trades list — are the losses similar in size, does the lot size vary with the stop, are losers held longer than winners. The blog article "How to read a master's profile in three minutes" is the full method.

How much should I start with?+

Money whose total loss would be unpleasant but not life-changing, and never borrowed money. Start smaller than you want; add after a good quarter. A first copy of a few hundred dollars with a master whose minimum is $100 is a good way to learn what a losing week feels like.

What does "Proportional by Allocation" mean?+

Every mirrored trade is the master's trade scaled by the ratio of your allocation to their account. If they risk 1% per trade, you risk about 1% of your allocation. Leave this mode selected unless you know exactly why you want another.

What is the Auto Stop Drawdown?+

Your own loss limit on a copy. If the copy's equity falls by that percentage from its peak, the platform closes every open mirrored trade and stops the copy. Set it above the master's historical Max drawdown, and size the allocation so the dollar figure is acceptable.

Can I follow several masters?+

Yes — each copy has its own allocation and auto-stop. For real diversification choose masters in different instrument groups with different usual directions; three dollar-pair masters are one bet, not three.

What happens if my master stops trading?+

Your copy simply has no new trades; open ones close as the master closes them. You can stop the copy at any time and the allocation returns to your Copy Wallet, or use Change master to move it — with any commitment package and its term — to another trader.

Can I change master without stopping?+

Yes. Social Copies → Change master. Profit to date is settled with the current master; the allocation, the package and its remaining term move to the new one. It needs the current master to have no open trades, and is limited to once per account per 24 hours.

Do I inherit the master's open trades?+

When you start a copy or change master, the master's currently open trades are mirrored at the current price — not at the master's entry — so you do not receive profit made before you arrived, and you are not charged for it either.

Why did my copy stop by itself?+

Your Auto Stop Drawdown, Daily Loss Limit or Max Loss Limit was reached, or the master's trading was paused. Social Copies shows the reason. A stopped copy does not restart itself; starting again is a fresh decision with a fresh allocation.

When is profit credited?+

At the master's settlement — daily, weekly or monthly, shown on the profile — on closed, profitable copied trades. Your share lands in your Copy Wallet. Stopping or changing master settles what is owed immediately; you never lose a period.

What is a commitment package?+

A copy locked with a master for three, six or twelve months in exchange for a larger profit share for the whole term. Stopping early forfeits the package bonus, not the capital; changing master keeps it. The Package Terms are shown before you confirm.

Can I add money to a running copy?+

Yes — Add Funds to Copy Account on Social Copies. The new ratio applies to trades opened after the top-up; open trades keep the size they were opened at.

Money

Deposits, fees and withdrawals

How do I deposit?+

Send USDT on BEP-20 or TRC-20 to the deposit address shown in your account, on the same network you selected, for the exact amount you entered. Minimum 10 USDT. Deposits are credited automatically after network confirmation and carry no fee.

Which network should I use?+

Whichever your exchange or wallet supports at low cost. BEP-20 addresses start with 0x and are free to withdraw; TRC-20 addresses start with T and carry the network's cost on withdrawal. The network on the platform and in your exchange must match — a transfer on the wrong network is usually lost.

My deposit has not arrived+

Wait thirty minutes. Then check the transaction ID on the network explorer (BscScan or Tronscan). If it shows confirmed to our address on the right network, contact support with the ID and it will be credited. If it shows a different network or amount, contact support anyway.

How are withdrawals handled?+

Requested from your wallet to your own USDT address on BEP-20 or TRC-20, after identity verification. BEP-20 withdrawals are free; any network cost on other networks is shown before you confirm. You get an email at each step.

How long does a withdrawal take?+

On Monday to Friday, standard withdrawals are normally completed almost instantly by the automatic payout; larger requests can take longer while the payout balance is topped up. Your funds are reserved from the moment you submit. Recent Withdrawals shows the status.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?+

10 USDT.

What fees does IDTraders charge?+

A share of profit on copied trades — you keep 50% on a standard copy, more on a package — and nothing else. No account fee, no subscription, no deposit fee, no fee on losing trades, no overnight swaps. The Profit sharing page has the full table.

Are there fees on losing trades?+

No. Losses reduce your copy balance only. The profit share is taken only on profitable copied trades, at settlement.

Why is my money in several wallets?+

Containment. A copy can reach only the allocation it belongs to, inside the Copy Wallet; it cannot touch your Main Wallet, another copy, or your IB and Reward earnings. Transfer Funds moves money between your wallets instantly and free.

Can I withdraw from a copy directly?+

Stop the copy (or wait for settlement); the allocation and profit return to your Copy Wallet; transfer to Main; withdraw. Money on a commitment package is locked until the term ends unless you stop and forfeit the bonus.

Partners

IB program and ranks

How do I become an IB?+

Press Start IB Program on your dashboard, complete the short application (experience, community size, expected clients, a link, why you want to join), choose a program, submit. The team reviews it and emails you; then your referral link is on the IB page.

What do IBs earn?+

A share of the introducer pool — a quarter of every copy fee generated in their network — across fifteen levels, split by the ladder of their program. Paid to the IB Wallet at every settlement of every trader beneath them. Nothing on deposits, nothing on losing trades.

What is the difference between the programs?+

How the pool is split across the fifteen levels: front-loaded toward your direct referrals, spread evenly, or in between. The Programs compared page shows each ladder live. Ranks and rewards are the same on every program.

Can I change my IB program?+

By request to support from your account. An approved change applies from the next settlement; earnings already settled are not recalculated. One change per calendar month.

How are ranks earned?+

On commitment volume — the total of commitment packages held by anyone in your network — counted separately on both legs. Both legs must reach the rank's figure, so the weaker leg decides. Each rank has monthly maintenance conditions, shown on the Ranks & rewards page.

Do I need to be an IB to invite friends?+

The referral link and code are issued with IB approval, so yes — the IB application is how you become able to introduce others. Anyone who registers with your code joins your network at level 1.

Safety

Risk and security

Can I lose money?+

Yes. Copying leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing the funds you allocate. Losses on mirrored trades are yours. The Risk Disclosure sets this out in full; read it before you follow anyone.

Is my money safe on the platform?+

Your funds sit in your own wallets and no master can access them. Withdrawals go only to wallets you have registered and confirmed by email code, after identity verification. Enable two-factor authentication from Account Settings; it is the single best protection against a stolen password.

What is the weekly break?+

Friday 22:00 to Sunday 22:00 GMT, when forex, metals and index positions cannot be opened, closed or edited because there is no market price. Crypto trades through. It stops anyone being shown a price that does not exist.

What if the platform goes down during a trade?+

The stop-out engine and the master's stops are server-side; they do not depend on your browser being open. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Any discrepancy should be reported the same GMT day for trading matters and within seven days for deposits and withdrawals, as the Terms of Service set out.

How do I make a complaint?+

Through the Complaints page. The procedure, the response times and the escalation route are published there.

No question matches that. Try a shorter word, or ask support from the chat button.
